Gotas de Agua
I’m working on a series of Water drop sculptures. Water and water drops are essential to life. A drop can be infinitely small in the ocean or essential in the desert. Seeing a drop of water can comfort the soul and connect you with Mother Nature. They can unconsciously connect you with your essence and take you to the comfort of your beginnings when you were in the comfort of your mother's womb surrounded by liquid.
Water drops can change, adapt, and help blur colours and textures. They can remain intact, or they can take over space. A drop of water can make you reflect on the basics, on the ephemeral or it can lead you to observe it like a prism with thousands of different angles, different transparency and opacity.
Water drops can make you travel, and connect you to the sea, a lake, a river, a forest, or a garden. A drop of water can dance with you. By observing it, you can see the different tones, you can see it merging into different materials. Drops can paint and create with you.
They are an inexhaustible source of inspiration, they can encourage, sadden, awaken, create, diffuse and feed the soul. Creating water drops in different states and movements is the motivation behind this series. The hope is to awaken an emotion or a smile in the viewer who observes them. This series allows me to thread a common subject with different stories with different colours and materials with enthusiasm.
Estoy trabajando en una serie de esculturas de gotas de agua. El agua y las gotas de agua son esenciales para la vida. Una gota puede ser infinitamente pequeña en el océano o imprescindible en el desierto. Ver una gota de agua puede reconfortar el alma y conectarte con la Madre Naturaleza. Pueden conectarte inconscientemente con tu esencia y llevarte a tus inicios cuando estabas en la comodidad del vientre de tu madre rodeado de líquido.
Las gotas de agua pueden cambiar, adaptarse y ayudar a difuminar colores y texturas. Pueden permanecer intactas o pueden apoderarse del espacio. Una gota de agua puede hacerte reflexionar sobre lo básico, lo efímero o puede llevarte a observarla como un prisma con miles de ángulos diferentes, diferentes transparencias y opacidades.
Las gotas de agua pueden hacerte viajar y conectarte con el mar, un lago, un río, un bosque o un jardín. Una gota de agua puede bailar contigo. Al observarlo, puedes ver los diferentes tonos, puedes verlo fusionarse en diferentes materiales. Las gotas pueden pintar y crear contigo.
Son una fuente inagotable de inspiración, pueden animar, entristecer, despertar, crear, difundir y alimentar el alma. Crear gotas de agua en diferentes estados y movimientos es la motivación detrás de esta serie. La esperanza es despertar una emoción o una sonrisa en el espectador que los observa. Esta serie me permite hilar un tema común con diferentes historias con diferentes colores y materiales con entusiasmo.
DANCER
WATERDROP
Inspired by a drop of water that dances with thin arms, it transmits a delicate movement to you. This drop wants to give a sensation of fluidity like the waves of the sea that make us dance and move.
The colour blue and its tones take me and I hope they will also take the viewer to the sea to that Caribbean or Mediterranean sea that I always carry in my mind and that helps me relax and connect with the essential and with my roots where the sea always was, It is and will continue to be present.
The dark blue in the head takes you to the depths of the ocean with its mysteries. It can also take us to our mind, its secrets and our thoughts that will fade into the calm of the light blues.
It is a calm drop that relaxes and merges into the sea, filling a space without losing its essence.
I gently worked the material, as well as the blues and blue-white tones.
Inspirado en una gota de agua que baila con unos delgados brazos, te transmite un delicado movimiento. Esta gota quiere dar una sensación de fluidez como las olas del mar que nos hacen bailar y movernos.
El color azul y sus tonos me transportan, y espero que también lleven al espectador al mar, a ese mar caribeño o mediterráneo que siempre llevo en la mente y que me ayuda a relajarme y conectar con lo esencial y con mis raíces donde está el mar. Siempre estuvo, está y seguirá estando presente.
El azul oscuro de la cabeza te lleva a las profundidades del océano con sus misterios. También puede llevarnos a nuestra mente, a sus secretos y a nuestros pensamientos que se desvanecerán en la calma de los azules claros.
Es una gota tranquila que se relaja y se funde con el mar, llenando un espacio sin perder su esencia.
Trabajé suavemente el material, así como los tonos azules y azul-blancos.
PAINTER
WATERDROP
It is inspired by a drop of water that finds its way through a painting to blur its tones.
Her arms hold aloft a pot of orange paint that symbolizes the colour of a sunset inside, the shades of blue and white that go straight to her chest and spread until they blend with her own tones. This mix of tones and materials symbolizes how our lives change and adapt to different circumstances, but never lose their essence.
His arms and head are represented in a darker blue to give an image of strength in his arms and in his head, blue gives an image of depth that can be associated with his secrets, but also with his strength of character capable of moving away from new tones to maintain your independence of character and mind.
Está inspirada en una gota de agua que encuentra su camino a través de una pintura para difuminar sus tonos.
Sus brazos sostienen en alto un bote de pintura naranja que simboliza el color de un atardecer en su interior, las tonalidades de azul y blanco van directo a su pecho y se extienden hasta mezclarse con sus propios tonos. Esta mezcla de tonos y materiales simboliza cómo nuestra vida cambia y se adapta a las diferentes circunstancias, pero sin perder nunca su esencia.
Sus brazos y cabeza están representados en un azul más oscuro para dar una imagen de fuerza en sus brazos y en su cabeza, el azul da una imagen de profundidad que puede asociarse con sus secretos, pero también con su fuerza de carácter capaz de alejarse de Nuevos tonos para mantener tu independencia de carácter y mente.
URBAN
WATERDROP
Inspired by the journey of a waterdrop on a wall in any city in the world, where colours are mixed, brushstrokes by urban artists who try to leave their mark on the grey cement walls of a city. This drop explores different textures, travelling through different messages from other artists who want to leave a mark on those people who, perhaps in their daily routine, will smile with their colours, messages and figures. Other people may never notice its presence, others may be bothered by this ephemeral, urban and criminal art.
The urban drop of water observes and participates in the urban chaos to try to give beauty and creativity to the walls of a gray city that constantly changes.
With this work, I want to take a look at those streets that are witnesses of the experiences, of hidden artists. This drop gives a colourful idea, it is mischievous and playful.
Inspirada en el recorrido de una gota de agua en una pared de cualquier ciudad del mundo, donde se mezclan colores, pinceladas de artistas urbanos que intentan dejar su huella en los muros de cemento gris de una ciudad. Este drop explora diferentes texturas, viajando a través de diferentes mensajes de otros artistas que quieren dejar huella en aquellas personas que, quizás en su rutina diaria, sonreirán con sus colores, mensajes y figuras. Es posible que otras personas nunca noten su presencia, a otras les puede molestar este arte efímero, urbano y criminal.
La gota de agua urbana observa y participa del caos urbano para intentar dar belleza y creatividad a los muros de una ciudad gris que cambia constantemente.
Con este trabajo quiero dar un vistazo a esas calles que son testigos de las experiencias, de los artistas escondidos. Esta gota da una idea colorida, es traviesa y juguetona.
FLOWER
WATERDROP
Inspired by Spring where each drop awakens and nourishes the colorful flowers that will brighten and illuminate the world. Coming out of the cold winter, the warm and vibrant colors of the flowers invite you to smile. The transition of blues suggests the transformation of water that nourishes not only the flowers but also the earth.
Inspirada en la Primavera donde cada gota despierta y nutre las coloridas flores que alegrarán e iluminarán el mundo. Al salir del frío invierno, los colores cálidos y vibrantes de las flores invitan a sonreír. La transición de azules sugiere la transformación del agua que nutre no sólo las flores sino también la tierra.
GARDEN
WATERDROP
Inspired by a drop of water that a butterfly encounters on its way before merging into the green of bright grass.
The drop will always have its axis represented in the dark blue head, it could be said that it observes that butterfly with red and orange tones, a butterfly that does not realize its beauty and brilliance. She perches on the thin arms of the drop of water to drink and nourish herself without realizing that with her colours, brightness, and joy she also nourishes that ephemeral drop that will soon disappear into the green grass.
This garden drop tries to take advantage of every moment before merging into the grass, it fills with colour before forever changing its essence in Mother Earth to in turn nourish and give life to a green grass thirsty for life. In a drop, I represent the eternal cycle of life and change.
Inspirada en una gota de agua que una mariposa encuentra en su camino antes de fundirse con el verde de la hierba brillante. La gota siempre tendrá su eje representado en la cabeza azul oscuro, se podría decir que observa esa mariposa con tonos rojos y anaranjados, mariposa que no se da cuenta de su belleza y brillo. Se posa en los delgados brazos de la gota de agua para beber y nutrirse sin darse cuenta que con sus colores, brillo y alegría también nutre esa efímera gota que pronto desaparecerá entre la verde hierba.
Esta gota de jardín intenta aprovechar cada momento antes de fundirse con la hierba, se llena de color antes de cambiar para siempre su esencia en la Madre Tierra para a su vez nutrir y darle vida a una hierba verde sedienta de vida. En una gota represento el ciclo eterno de la vida y el cambio.
Heart Waterdrop
Placed in a glass bell that protects it, the water drop can be appreciated with exterior reflections and its own. Shades of blue slide across its shape. The heart in the center draws the eye to a red colour that illuminates and focuses the observer's attention.
Colocada en una campana de vidrio que la protege y permite apreciarla a través de los reflejos exteriores y su propio reflejo.
Los tonos de azul se deslizan a lo largo de su forma.
El corazón en el centro lleva las miradas a un rojo que ilumina y centra la atención del observador.
